Canine therapy is a wonderful program designed to help people with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges using professionally trained dogs. Through this effort, people young and old can improve communication, sensory processing, mobility, and social skills. Lakeland HealthCare has already adopted this program to bring the benefits to southwest Michigan. But with your help, we can reach even more people.
